British Air Ferries is the only one for me that I’ve not seen listed already.
Is that the one that flew your car over to France from Lydd (Sorry - “London Ashford”)?

Many of the above that I won’t bother repeating, but I’ll add…

Northwest Orient - used to fly Prestwick to the US

Loftleidir Icelandic , from, LHR to Prestwick then to Keflavic ,then to North US finishing in one of the New York airports , All done in the "Whispering Giant " Bristol Britania
That broke down so to back to LHR on PanAM .
I note Britania has had a couple of mentions , that has morphed into TUI and the food wagons from Britania can still be seen on TUI aircraft

The first flight I went on was a Britannia flight to Spain in the 90s.

Canada 3000 not long before they went under

There are some other earlier holidays I can't remember who I flew with.

I think Loftleider flew Canadair CL44s rather than Britannias.
The CL44 was based on the Britannia but had different engines and other improvements.

Most of the defunct airlines I flew on have already been mentioned but two really short lived ones that haven’t been covered are Istanbul Airlines and Pharaoh Airlines. I also flew with Aer Lingus Commuter - on a Shorts 360.

This was back around 1972 ,I was sure it was a Britania , another thing unless the years have clouded my memory , the seating was grouped 4 seats around a table

Luxair. Used to operate a Boeing 707 to South Africa, economy prices, brilliant bar service. The days when flying was fun.

Luxair are still around, but the 707 is long gone.
