I quite like this
Quote from the seller:-
Dave's Insanity Hot Sauce is the original hottest hot sauce in the Universe. How do we know? Well, it is the only sauce ever banned from the National Fiery Foods Show. Try Dave's Insanity Sauce and find out why he went insane. This Hot Sauce is jam packed with flavor and a lot of heat. This hot sauce is not for the faint of heart.
Also good for stripping floor boards and removing driveway oil stains.
I gave it to a friend once and he had a nose bleed as a result. Truly powerful stuff.

Sorry for the crap phone photo - a selection from my sauce cupboard. I have multiple bottles of Franks as we go through it so quickly..... I don't have any of these crazy super-hot sauces as IME they add zero taste - and when I want mega-heat we use the fresh chillis I grow in the kitchen....

I'm a big fan of spicy food, but SWMBO hates it. The answer? Encona West Indian hot pepper sauce It has a nice balance of flavour and kick, but I find myself wanted a bit more heat..... so, I tried a few more:
Bit dissapointed - some nice flavours in there (especially the peri peri) but not as spicy as I would have liked.
So.... what hot pepper sauces do you use / recommend? A balance of flavour and outright heat would be nice
I have tried the right four and absolutely love the Encona 'creole' sauce. Simply cannot find a shop locally that sells it Bit dissapointed - some nice flavours in there (especially the peri peri) but not as spicy as I would have liked.

In my cupboard are the standard Encona hot sauce and various others as well as a catering size tub of chillies which I add to as much as i can

That's just ghey.
I use Franks Hot Sauce for Pizza's Thats 4-5000 scovilles in heat.
And these two for curries and chillies. Just one drop though.
Mad Dog 357 - 357,000 scovilles
Blairs 3AM 1.5 - 2 million scovilles
They are great fun at BBQ's etc.
Doesn't matter how much you warn someone, blokes just have to try a drop. With funny results. It's good stuff though and since using them my tolerence to hot food has gone up.
For a delicious taste I do recommend Mrs Balls Chilli Chutney. It is absolutley beautifull.
South African shops sell it.
After watching all of the Man vs Food "Spicy Hot Wing" challenges I had to buy some of this sauce when I saw it in Bentalls, and for only £4.95. On the label it says:I use Franks Hot Sauce for Pizza's Thats 4-5000 scovilles in heat.

"One of the hottest sauces on earth. Contains: Pure habanero pepper enhanced with habanero infused flavour which creates a sauce measured at 119,700 scoville units."
This hot sauce is nothing like i have ever tasted before. A couple of drops on your finger is like being hit by a train! (not that I have been). I have attached a pic of the sauce below. It now sits on my desk in the office. Just before Christmas 3 colleagues tried it (just one drop, even tho' they said they'd have more) - two of them had to rush into the kitchen to drink a pint of milk. All were pleased I did not let them have more than 1 drop. It's AWESOME! No kitchen or office is complete without it.
