There are a few inns & B&Bs on and around the quay, but none that I know of have offroad parking due to the nature of the old town. Best stick to those above.
If camping is your preference, then there are a few options but further afield. Rockley Park in Hamworthy may allow camping (not certain), but failing that there are campsites about 3-5 miles away near Lytchett Minster. I believe South Lytchett Manor Caravan & Camping Park has a good reputation. Thanks for the info Mike

Thanks Olly for the post on the TVRCC. Btw - lovely day today, so maybe taking a spin over in the Purbecks later. Just need to nip to Motobitz and get some Xenon filled bulbs to replace the candlesticks currently installed. Well done Mike, I wondered what the nice lady from Poole Tourism was on about! As Dorset RO, I've just added it in to the events listing, so we may get a few more come along. For those who don't know, the road along the quay is closed at 6pm and there's usually a queue of cars waiting to get on at that time. There's no point turning up before about quarter to as they'll just move you on. There's usually a bunch of us there anyway every first Friday, as that's the open top sports cars night. So... add me in with my Starmist blue Chimaera and we'll see you there.
