Calling someone deluded is no more an insult than telling someone to 'Pull your neck in' because they disagree with you, as you did to me last week on this thread. If you're going to try the moral high ground, try to be consistent.
As I say, try being nice. You may enjoy it. I don't give this advice to help me, it's to help you.

No, I couldn't understand his/your argument. You are amazing.

Why thank you, yes, I am quite amazing. If you are going to take the high road and start complaint that some one is 'not being nice' it is probably best if the previous week you never told them to wind their neck in, this meaning you lose a 'little' credibility for your argument, and suggesting that you are possibly using said 'not being nice' stuff to avoid some points they may have made.

God, grow up. If you cannot post with courtesy, don't bother. Surely your mum told you something similar.

Even my post was discourteous? Just explaining to you how it came across, and what his point was with regards to 'wind your neck in'. It seems you just want to have a cry instead.

Once you have stopped hurling insults could someone tell me how an independent scotland will get a better kind of MP?

As i've yet to here from anyone in the yes camp how it will happen

One of the main reasons i am told to vote yes is so that we can move away from the useless bds at Westminister

Great who wouldn't want to get away from them

Now remind me about the MP that has been prosecuted for fightening in the house of commons bar

Where did you come from and which party did he represent.

Also see this

Now tell me why we will end up with a better class of MP north of the border?

Have one thanks. I works at sea for 6 months of the year. I get to travel all over the world doing it. I've also lived in quite a few different places. It is probably why I don't have illogical nationalistic tendencies, unlike some.

Friend, 'not being nice' is a euphemism for what you are on this thread. Calm down, take a break. Look up 'simple common courtesy'. State your points, forget the insults.
It's called debate.

Perhaps you would like to address the substantive points. You claim that Scotland is not a socialist state and I dispute that assertion.

In Westminster 47 out of 59 seats are held by Labour and the SNP and in Holyrood it's 106 of 129. So without going into an analysis of who holds the remainder of the seats it is clear that Scottish politics is dominated by those two parties.

Now of course neither party uses the word 'socialist' but both would claim to be on the left of politics - as I've previously shown the SNP describe themselves as 'left-leaning' and their headline policies such as free prescriptions, free universities and free care for the elderly would all be classed by many as being from the socialist end of the political spectrum. Meanwhile is anyone going to argue that Labour is not also at that side of the political debate?

So where does this notion that Scotland is not dominated by socialist politics come from? How can you substantiate it?

No, debate does not require the common deferral to insults like 'idiot' etc if you lot do not like someone's views.

I, on the other hand, am not debating and am just giving you my opinion when I call you a etc... wink

I don't think any of us have been under the impression that you were debating for some considerable time. You just ignore every issue and plough on regardless.

I view being described in such terms by yourself as being perhaps the greatest complement you could bestow on me and thank you for it.

But, by not tackling the issue, I presume you are accepting that continually referring to people as 'idiots' or similar goes outwith the realms of debate?
