I have an indirect interest with PKF, and I'm hearing things about them going bust...
Anyone in-industry know whats occurring?

Haven't heard anything...but some mid-tier firms are struggling with lower fees, tougher competition. RSM Tenon seems to be the one people are discussing most. I suspect there may be some mergers in that space.

I worked for a firm in Godalming back in the 1990s and they came very close to merging with PKF (or Pannel Kerr Forster as they were called back then). The proposed merger failed and was abandoned.
