Monty, my first dog. I think I was about 15 when Mum and Dad brought him home one day. He became my faithful companion, a shoulder to cry on and a willing ear for my latest teenage woes. RIP matey. "Janda, Princess of the Isle Of Somewhereorother" or just "Jan" to her friends. She was our pub dog, obtained as a guard dog after a couple of break-ins. Anyone who knows Labs will attest to their utter uselessness in this role and, true to form, she slept through two subsequent burglaries. A gorgeous, loving dog; taking her for a long walk was my escape from the pub (and the wife). Had to leave her behind when the wife kicked me out. I miss her more than the wife. If you're still with us Jan, I hope you're well.

Candy, our cocker spaniel, gone for many years but still fondly remembered and much missed. You can see how long ago it was, I'm ten! And in black and white too, I've been in colour for many years now.
