Grey Ghost said: Are you "with the team" or a casual bystander ???? Haha, neither, I live in Henley, and am at work up the road. I was going to try and go down there earlier but I heard it kept getting pushed back and my lunch hour passed.

Eric Mc said: The 1912 Eiffel Tower man was much more to my style. However, I won't link the video in case I upset the sensitivities of PHers. I got told off on the other thread.
Suffice to say - it did not end well. I know the chap dies and all, but I actually found that video quite funny. I know that makes me a bad person and he died, but it's just the way he fell straight down Loony-Tunes style. Shame his cape wasn't made by ACME.

Was it that good?
Land in a field, not a cardboard safety net! I expect the military where all over this as a means of getting soldiers behind enemy lines....until they realised they need to blow their entire budget on cardboard or nick it from ASDA
