Half the time in my company it's a short message in the subject line if it comes over on email. Google chat gets used a bit for official stuff, Skype for unofficial stuff

From nowhere I started getting emails with them in from clients; it's almost like someone flicked a switch and made it so. Yes! I always assume the sender is being friendly, maybe over-friendly, but it's a worry when the sender is a bloke...
