Very weird thing happened to me last night ... I was having a pretty realistic dream and suddenly I realised I can "control" it. Normally when I dream it would be more passive - kind of like I'm watching a movie but in first person.
I guess I was over controlling it as I finally woke up for real. It was a surreal experience... anyone had anything like this before?

No.
The other night, I had a dream where I was in love with this female, (who I do despise) and then I ended up driving somewhere, to witness Stewie Griffin stuffing a bra whilst holding a dinosaur he referred to as princess crystal dreams.
I have no control.

I have no control. lol awesome dream! For me it is sort of a recurring dream but this time I am in control! I rarely dream these days but when I do I tend to remember them. I dreamt I was back in high school but in a sort of twisted reality kinna way. Dream last night turned pretty interesting too as I was control and tested out doing certain.... things.

All my dreams are weird, but there have been a few times where a dream has gone really peculiar and I've realised this and just been able to walk away and dream about something else. I once dreamt I ended up inside a large scary house, then a few years later dreamt about it again, realised that I'd been there before and it wasn't a good place to be, found the door and walked out.

I have lucid dreams every other night where I am aware I am dreaming then try and see what I can do. For the most part I have recurring themes, I fly a lot. I have to flap my arms REALLY fast, it's pretty tiring but it gets me about. Off topic but the other night in my dream I was driving along the motorway and a chicken ran past me in the outside lane. I get this a lot!

Hopefully I shall experience it again. Certainly something new and curious to me.

Ever since going to bed as a very small child and knowing I was going to have the same nightmare yet again, I have been entirely conscious in my dreams. It's good apart from waking up every morning as if you haven't been asleep. TBH I could do with a break for the sake of mental health.

Most times I can control what happens in my dreams, though I have no control over what dreams they actually are.

The other night I dreamt that I needed to pass wind, I woke up to the tail end of a fart.
