If ever anyone has a major victory in life they make a thread about it so I thought I'd start one about those little things that may not deserve their own thread but are worthy in helping you through the day.

Mine.

Today a Spitfire flew overhead. That noise always cheers me up.

Thanks. Just imagining it made my day...smile

In other day making...

The Scouser who tried to chuck a bottle of water at me through his nearside window, but dumped it all in his car...

Deep joy...smile

Having recently moved, I received my poll card letter (it's not been a big day, but at least I can vote next week).

Out cycling and a young deer jumped out in front of me and ran down the road before jumping back over the hedge.

Currently in the uni library, studying for exams and the girl sitting opposite me is a solid 8/10 blonde with red lipstick, wearing a relatively short green dress.
Been busted checking her out a couple of times so far haha.

Stop gawking and make a move, but don't let her know you rate women out of ten on looks.

Went to get my car washed at my regular place today.

Paid up when it was all shiny and the owner asked if I wanted a free polish.

It seems a salesman has given him a free sample of polish and he needs a regular customers car to try it on.

So next time I visit I get a free polish. Made me happy.

Spitfire? Was this in Derby?

My minor victory was as small as driving my week old car to work biggrin
