Hang in for what though? This weekend (which if I am reading correctly your screenshot is for) is showing cold temps and winds in from the north which usually means much cold as well. Or am I misunderstanding sumfink?
It will be warmer than the computer models are currently forecasting. Eastern sides could see a slack northerly, as it's slack it won't feel as cold. CivicDuties said:
Feckin' heating's back on here on the Berks/Oxon border.
Bumbiscuits.
I'm in Berkshire but more South, more towards the more peasant areas compared to where you are ;-) Went out earlier as it was sunny, shorts/t-shirt and after 3 minutes realised it was actually bloody freezing. Checked temperature and it was 8 degrees. Bumbiscuits.
Thankfully I was going running so warmed up but it surprised me!

I think the nights will be chilli amd the day air temps will be lower but it should be clearer and less/no rain. Should feel warm if you can get out in the direct sun. Puggit said:

I am gonna hold you to that Puggit
It never works, though, does it?We've called puggit's errors out many, many times over the years. But, still he keeps posting and smiling and posting and smiling.
It's really annoying.

I don't understand your comment I don't post in these very often have I missed something?
Puggit is the resident expert. He often posts flavours of what weather might be coming based on the longer range charts. These are too far out to be totally accurate and often what weather is suggested doesn't materialise. We as a group then like to blame Puggit for getting our hopes up instead of accepting scientific fact that it was too far away to be sure anyway. Scabutz said:

You forgot to mention that in his spare time Puggit maintains rollercoasters that go clankety clank and frequently seem to go up more often than down.Scabutz said:
