JonnyFive said: I've lost a kilo so far Very happy! I know it's easy at the beginning but it's excellent to see some progress for all of the hard work. Really enjoying it, can't wait to get home to go to the gym and don't want to leave when I'm there +1 Good work. Feels great to see progress. ETA - talking of progress, I was 27th out of 64 in a local race last night. 7.2 rolling miles of road running. 53.18 and I finished really strong too. Legs in bits today though. I couldn't have done that a couple of months ago, so thank you PH Transformation Comp.

I've lost 1.5KG so far from using the same scales in the gym. Last night I burnt 1000 calories, just kept going. Didn't get tired, and only left at 11pm because it was getting late. Feel excellent this morning, legs ache but thats all.
Managed about 10 miles cycling and 5000 metres rowing. Alternating between rowing and cycling seemed to help.

For motivation I always think taking pictures (usually once a week or month) is a good way to keep up motivation as you should start to see dramatic changes in your shape using pictures. You most likely won't using the mirror as we get used to seeing ourselves and its sometimes hard to spot change on a daily basis.

I bought the 'Ultimate Weight Loss Stack' from Elite Nutrition. I've had my first cap this morning; I see what you mean about them being pretty strong OC! I know I am pretty resistant to stimulants, which I know from taking other substances, but I didn't expect them to be this strong. I feel like I've had about 5 espressos!

With regards to these type of supplements.. Do you take them before or after your work out?
I was sat there cycling yesterday and got my heart rate up to 180bhp for a little while, but mostly 160bhp. Then thought, imagine if I'd taken some caffine too, it'd be going mad?

I took it at 8:30 this morning with my protein shake. I think it is recommended you take it early because if you take it too late you won't be able to sleep.

I find I can workout pretty well with a meal about 30 mins before hand. http://elite-n.co.uk/id31.html

I've not really been tempted by supps before, but all those things look good, and it's not too much cash at £15, so I could be tempted.

As above, would be tempted to get some of those if they seem alright.

Yes it's just one a day. This one is kicking my arse, my arm pits are like the pilot's in Airplane when Autopilot has broken. Shaking a bit and feel wired I normally have a couple of espressos every day as well. I'm thinking about buying a new polo shirt at lunchtime! Hopefully it won't be as bad tomorrow.

Well I've just been laid up for a week with some gastro bug and managed to lose a stone in weight! I didn't eat a meal in 6 days. Anyone that would like to get hold of this lovely strain of virus for some serious fat loss please PM me and I'll send you some runny poo....

When would you take it They say on a different forum take before 4am else you won't be sleeping that night Might get the sample pack to give it a go.. Someone else said he emptied half out because it was abit powerful at first. Quoted from a forum; "Got this text from the Mrs today - Tried those pills to test them. ****ing hell! You thought the Clen was bad this **** is so powerful you defo shouldn't take it. I'm all over the shop. Next text - Omg I've taken the kids to school and I'm buzzing all over the place. Just about to clean the house top to bottom. Ended up walking to the school and carrying Cameron to get there quicker. Guess they work then! "

I've tried Jack3d and this is much much stronger.
