I'm not a doctor but... I know a little about mouths.
OK the white furriness may be a side effect of the antibiotics, but really, it doesn't need treatment. Keep everything clean, scrape your tongue if it make you feel better, but basically just wait for everything to go back to normal.
If it was an active thrush infection, you would have some discomfort, and the white surface tends to come off revealing a red velvety painful bit. It doesn't sound like you've got that, so stop worrying.
