Having grown up in Medway I would always look for Gillingham's results and went to the odd game, but would never call myself a fan. Since I now live in Plymouth it's much the same for them, but I'd never claim to support two clubs
How do you end up supporting Chelsea if you live in Kent?
Dad's side of the family is from Clapham and started going in the 30's. So every member of my family is a Chelsea fan

Don't worry. Levy has it all under control.

Possibly.

So - you think that, if it was not for City and Chelsea, Tottenham might stand a chance of winning something then ?

Bearing in mind how long it has been since your lot last won anything 'meaningful' perhaps you can be so good as to tell us who was "fking it all up" for you in the years between then and the likes of Abramovich coming along ? The answer, of course, is no one. The game has never been 'fked up' - your club has just been sadly lacking (despite the large forays into the transfer market)

Sorry about the formatting here, but they were doing quite well in 1898, and again from 42-46 while all the able bodied men were away on other business.

You weren't exactly pulling up many trees before us and Citeh won the lotto rollover!!!

Abramovic arrived 2003. Check out the results of Chelsea/Spud encounters thru the 90s.

Plumber will be posting blaming the North Atlantic Treaty and the lack of global warfare for Tottenham's abject failure to win anything. Damn politicians!

Yeah, we were smashing Spurs well before the Abramovich era.

I remember a little known player called George Weah I believe scoring a last minute winner at the Bridge on his debut.

God, those were the days - when we were the minnows!

Possibly worth mentioning that last season was the first time we finished below Spurs since 96-96 season.

Don't worry. It will be business as usual, if it's true that AVB is in the frame for 'Arry's old job......
