How many entries before someone is deemed winner? Only my puddle might be bigger than yours for example I was parked in this not long ago...  I've not seen many bigger puddles.

I've not seen many bigger puddles. As soon as a picture pops up that makes anyone that sees it think ':O OMG' or close to that, and we all agree, they shall be the winner.
