Most definitely unloved! Good call! thumbup

That car is on my wishlist & having seen the Alpina version in the flesh, I would give anything for one, something about it.

I hope you're right. I've just bought one of these, a commemoratve, one of the last 50 prduced. smokin
I thought they were.

Wasn't one of those being touted around 90K last year? Was in Octane IIRC.
Yep. Black thing, subject of a restoration.
O/T slightly, but what ever happened to the V12 E-Type that was built out of parts a few years ago? I'm sure that was in Octane as well.

Has the guy that built it still got it or did he sell it?
Wasn't the one in Octane the feature car.....wouldn't have the same value if it's fake if that's the case.

These Commemoratives are fetching strong money but interest in very good E Types generally has risen sharply with interest from investers etc.

There's no doubt that one of the last 50 with be one for the future because apart from the early ouside catch cars there weren't any E Types produced that were relatively unique.

There is one currently for sale a £125k

Haven't the energy to read all 11 pages, but has anyone said Venturi Atlantique? They're pretty unloved, no?

speaking of testarossa's what an awesome colour scheme on this one

So different from the usual red and it looks right too.

Christ that is in good nick and at a good price!
3 people at 10k a piece you 4 months use out of it each over a year. or
4 at 8k only 3 months each.

Mmm maybe PH should start its very own supercar club. Each member donates a certain amount and ph buys a load of cars like the testarossa, merak etc .
Oh trust me, Ive had discussion with a cpl of good friends very recently about doing *exactly* that! There is a very good argument for it within a small closed circle.
Better get a good lawyer and hope that its not your turn come winter smile
TBH I think 4 would be the best option with a rule that each member has it for a week each month thereby negating any arguments about who uses it during winter/summer etc..

Please can somebody post a Khamsin, pleeeeease?

Thanks in advance.
Your wish is my command. A poor man's Ghibli perhaps?

Khamsin: by no means a bad call.

Men of taste here BTW.

I always liked the Guara. I'm fairly sure there are one or two coupe owners on here.

Greetings wavey

Oh they were unloved alright considering the factory wanted about as much for one as Ferrari wanted for a 355.

Still rest easy mine has a loving home sat in its big plastic bubble enjoying some winter warmth.

The car was built from the last tub, all the parts were brand new and it had a Jaguar chassis number.

Can't find it on google, it did the rounds of the magazines a few years ago. smile
