Blown2CV said: there is a school of transport psychology that says that behavioural adaptation associated with the lack of signage would mean a reduction in accidents. Put simply, if you aren't nannied, you rely on your own senses - and to rely on your senses to need to pay attention. That might well be the case for some none critical signs, but imagine of they removed no entry signs, say on a motor way slip road.

At the Barber yesterday:
The Guy who was getting a haircut: Alfa Romeo was just bought by Germans, always loved Alfas, great to see they will get better now.
Barber:Woa thats great, been in an Alfa for a ride one day and it was the fastest car i have ever driven
The guy:Yep Alfas are the most awesome cars evar, now that the Germans own them, they will release the greatest supercar ever, will combine the fastness of an Alfa with toughness of German cars.
Barber:Cool.yeah they're shonky cars in general, but their engine is the best in the world, italian engines are the best.
Guy:True that,an Alfa/italian engine never dies.
The guy than said that it was an amateur footballer who has played with the local football team for some time.
Barber drives a 1.2 Punto.
I wanted to interrupt them so many times and tell that "the Germans" have not bought Alfa but resisted, not worth arguing with them.

My mother has a horse, kept in a field, and has an electric fence powered by a car battery - when it went flat she didn't know they could be charged. When I showed her how she asked "so why do batteries in cars last for years then" Women

Upon seeing a Focus ST in orange. I've said I fancy one of them at some point.
I get it's just a Ford, or it's just a Focus. Well yes I guess it is, but it's not the same as your 1.8 in silver is it?
