Seeing a few 992 below 80k, similar to price of 991.2 GTS

I think a lot of 991.2 owners prefer the old interior, also 992 if not specced right can look a bit plasticky

Something is moving in the 911 market.

991.1 used to be all above £40k except for borked cars.

Now mid thirties after some haggling.

I have changed my mind about what I'll do next, which is, instead of Taycan 4s, I'll buy a 991.1 with OPC warranty from a private seller and run it as a daily.

I really think the 991.1 is the best value 911 at the moment. It's still very modern feeling, fast and an excellent to drive road car.

Really good 911's

It's a shame the GTS is so far out of reach still

Agree.

991.1 GTS Manual must be a peach.

I'll likely end up with a Carrera or an S, I need PDK as the wife would drive it occasionally and she only drives auto.

991.1 GTS manual must be quite rare, they all seem to be PDK with the 3.8.

The turbo in the 991.2 GTS seems to be a known issue: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

My low miles C4s was 30k at 7 years old in 2011, now a 7 year old C4s is 60-70k!

The used prices have gone up a lot more than the new

A really nice 2004 c4s is still 30k today, maybe.

It’s only the GTS which comes without extended leather (dash etc) looks terrible without it.

Saw a 992 GTS today in Finchley - looked mega! Mistook it for a GT3 for a moment

The GTS visually is basically the base car with the sport design package plus minor bits like bigger brakes and smoked taillights unless I'm missing something?

Bigger wheels, headlights, side skirts etc, have never mistook one for a base before.

Don’t think the GTS wheels are bigger.
Think they are all 20” front and 21” at the rear….happy to be corrected…

What I meant is you can spec a base car with the sport design package which has the upgraded bumpers and side skirts, and also bigger wheels. The standard headlights are the same across all models apart from maybe the Turbo/S

Are there skirts in the sports design package? Are the gts lights the same as the base lights?

Anyway, I’d guess the near 30k difference in price gives you a bit more than a few bits of plastic and bigger wheels..
