I had two original Urus models which got me on the list for a perf but to be fair it’s a really harsh ride compared to the previous air suspension models. It’s a lovely car but just doesn’t suit my needs where I live, think flooded country lanes with mud and st everywhere it was criminal how I was treating the car. I’m now buying a defender which will be better for chucking the dogs in and going shooting etc.
so, a uk dealer asked you to buy two urus ( uri ??? ) in order to buy a urus performante ?andrew said:

Some great pics there gents, including the best spec STO I have seen.
5 years Performante ownership so far and still hugely enjoyable.
WOW !! love it, 5 years Performante ownership so far and still hugely enjoyable.

I am partial to the colour and had an 812 in green also but only kept it 4 months as did not compare well with Performante or McLarens on various fronts.I owned a couple of Ferrari's in green, did confuse one or two people

I feel compelled to echo the other comments on this - this is simply one of the most stunning (and different) Perf's I have seen. Bravo Did you spec this yourself from new? 5 years Performante ownership so far and still hugely enjoyable.
My three Huracan flavours....not all at the same time
You've seen me write about these on other threads; they're not class leading in every area (steering feel and driving position being the two areas where some competitors are better)) but in most disciplines they're a class act and, I'll say it again, nothing in my personal experience has given me such a special feeling on every single drive.
Best sounding (like on a different planet) was the yellow LP610-4 (OEM race exhaust...). Even when it was proving to be the slowest car I've driven round the 'ring where it was unexpectedly intimidating - on a TF day, you're literally going round with a target on your back and I quickly realised how little I could see out the back of it. Or I'm just a big pussy...
The Perf was better dynamically but didn't sound as good and so it didn't seem different 'enough' - I like the LDS (noting none of them have been an early Huracan where the software was largely derided and supposedly much improved in later cars) - the Perf didn't have this and I thought the rack felt unusually slow geared.
The Evo is the surprise as it feels more different than the Perf did to the LP610-4, it's a ridiculous spec (probably some sort of first edition dealer demo special as it seems to have every option), it somewhere in between the other two for suspension control, it sounds and goes exactly like the Perf (meaning not as good and the yellow one), it feels incredibly direct with the AWS and it has the most diabolical infotainment.
My favourite was probably the original LP610-4, at least in the spec I had. I should probably try a Perf with an LDS rack at some point.

Thanks but can't take the credit, original owner spec'd the car, I am the second owner. I had been mulling over buying a Performante at the time it came up for sale in late 2018 and went from mulling to immediately buying as loved the colour. here is my STO, some pics from colleciton and some pics from today where ive just collected it back from having the roof and a pillar bits done black, rear deck will probably go black next but my ppf guy said would be difficult due to heat! so not sure!
anyway has the all important AP exhaust with remote valve opener fitted! 73 plate
