Oh I see. Thanks for your reply! I remember us applying for the Critair sticker just incase we had to drive through Paris, but I'm glad we didn't miss one for Rouen too. God knows what this is going to do to the Le Mans classic if they extend it to Le Mans village too. I'm glad I'm taking the Capri in 2023 because it certainly sounds like it won't be permitted to enter the town in the near future.
We'll be coming over via the tunnel, is there a recommendation of what route to favour after we come to the end of the A16 and can't take the A28 through Rouen?

For Rouen at the moment it is 1-3 and January that changes to 1-2. That does include the major route that we Le Mans drivers take. 
Keep up Squiggle. Although that map might show the current situation, the Zone is expanding to the whole city before next year's LM.
It will be interesting to see if that road sign posted above will be the correct conditions - ie. no issues about driving back through Rouen on the Sunday.

This is the latest one and it does pick it up on google that you are traveling through a low emission zone.

ETA, That's if I can actually get a camping pitch at the circuit of course....
