Mine has my reg number assigned to it, so I'd say yes. Another security feature if you ask me. Ensures it hasn't been stolen and used in another vehicle.

I got mine on the same deal as listed above. They still haven't invoiced me for Le Mans. I thought it would be an almost immediate debit from my bank, but apparently not.

They bill monthly so the DD won't appear until the end of the month/start of next.

And you can chance your linked registration in seconds, either via the phone app or website.

As a solo driver, it saved me...the usual embarrassment that goes with running around the front of the car at every peage.
Naa, you walk slowly, calmly, and confidently from your car to the machine, full of the confidence in your superiority ove these people in their laft hand drive cars.

Then scamper back as you're never sure just how long the barrier will stay up biggrin

I presume they stay open until they detect a car has passed. a mate took some time setting off a few years ago (SMG gearbox trouble) and it seemed to just wait for him.

i have my fulli now but i also received an email saying that they could not take the €1 deposit. Now, looking at it, all it asked me to do was to enter my UK bank account details through the use of IBAN and BIC. How would my bank know that I had authorised the payment?! So of course they rejected it... i was never sent anything by my bank to ask about it. How do others resolve this?

Payment works via a Direct Debit, so they set up the DD mandate and take a test €1 payment and as such granting the DD mandate is the act by which you authorize your bank to permit the payment (and any future ones).

You need to get in contact with your bank and ask them why they are being dicks.

No, you just update the reg no in the Fulli app when you move the transponder between vehicles.

I’ve just used mine in a different car with out changing the registration number on the account, worked fine.

It’s a ULYS transponder. On the account it just comes up as a Class 1 vehicle.

Great way to get through the tolls without queuing.

OK so got a bit further with the Fulli invoice payments issue... it is set up as a SEPA international direct debit. I do not believe all UK bank current accounts support that. However my bank (first direct) didn't seem to know what i was on about, so struggling to get confirmation... although if they did not know that suggests no.

Very odd.

First Direct set mine up, no problem. They debit €1 and then refund it.

I've since changed the payment to come from Monzo. Again, absolutely no issues.

i complained to first direct about the difficulties in setting this up, and they told me yesterday that FD do not permit SEPA DDs!

I just had to pay mine manually in the end (after initial faff getting setup)

For whatever reason the DD to Revolut account kept failing (even though € account specifically kept flush to cover any costs)

They email you worse case if account is in the red.

OK so Fulli just invoice you and you can pay manually using a card? Honestly this would be so much less hassle than opening a new bank account just for this!

Update on Fulli: avoid like the plague. I ended up opening a revolut account just to get the SEPA direct debit working. Then the bd thing didn’t even work at the barrier. Tried several different occasions, waving it all over the windscreen even. Called and support messaged fulli and they couldn’t have been less helpful. They didn’t even reply to the support ticket. Piece of crap and the company are the worst.

I am sure some on here have had a different experience but for me they’ve been st.

Well the tag itself is, other than the branding sticker on the case identical to every other tag, regardless who you get it from. Maybe you got a duff one - but then you could have got a duff one from any provider, and there's only one, I think the most expensive that has any real physical presence where you can swap the tag. The rest are online so can post you a replacement but can't do anything 'there and then' while you're away.

I've not heard of many people having issues with tags so did you:
a) Have it mounted correctly, in the 'dotted' section of screen behind the rear view mirror?
b) Try holding it out of the window and against the windscreen, if you car doesn't have a 'dotted' section?
c) Get close-enough to the barrier? I've found some pick you up some distance from the barrier but others don't trigger until you're right up close.

done all of that, and it didn't work. A duff tag is one thing, but them just not caring or helping is another. The whole thing is pointless if it creates more hassle than it saves. Maybe you get what you pay for and Fulli are of course taking almost no money off of customers to operate the service.

i would say that the online reviews of Fulli seem fairly unanimously st, and of course I only spotted this after I had these issues.

I have a Fulli tag and it works perfectly. That you have a duff tag and are grumpy they don't have a man at every peage waiting to fix your issue is not really reasonable is it?

They must have hundreds of thousands of customers all over Europe.

I couldn't give a st how many customers they have, and your experience doesn't not invalidate mine. It is entirely reasonable to expect that it either just works, or that they get off their arses to fix it when it doesn't.

I've taken out a service - it doesn't work - they just keep telling me to try it again on the phone and don't respond to service tickets.

What part am I wrong about exactly, in your mind? That I should just tolerate it not working, or expect them to take as long as feel to reply, or is it something else?

Given that this is a thread about the peage tags, I figured it would be very useful for readers to hear about my experience as it's totally pointless just to hear about those lucky people like you who don't have issues.
