Its just your normal pub type place you get next to any travelodge. Not been in it for years tbh. As far as im aware the peg seller scum dont go in that place so you will be ok. Will take you about 15 - 20 min to get to the track from there on a clear run. http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&bav=on.2,o...Sorry wont let me change the link just look a little left on the map :-) When you get onto the A54 turn off it and go down either Mill lane or Park road they are real proper B roads but they will take you the back way to the track and you will not get in big cues like everyone else. The Deer leap entrance is the first one you will see and be better to get out of or just carry on past it to go in the main entrance about 0.5 mile further down the road to get on the infield.

Whats a peg seller,is it a person who sells pegs for a washing line if so may be interested in a couple of packets as its my wifes Birthday on Saturday.
The Salt Cellar pub/restaurant looks quite nice,I dont think it has been there long and is on the old site of a Little Chef I believe.
Got Sat Nav so no problems with directions.Looks a reasonably good area so not expecting trouble but will put the baseball bat in the back of the Porsche just in case.

Looking like saturday to be mostly dry and warmish but uncertainty over sunday might be very similar weather as last year but then again could be sunny and nice weather hopefully it will not be anything like thruxton.

Sadly missing Saturday due to family wedding which is going to mean a stupidly busy Sunday getting stuff done. Fingers crossed it should be a good weekend though.

Peg seller is a Gypsy loads of em in middlewich. You will be ok in there tho. If you follow ya sat nav you will get stuck in loads of traffic. Just follow it to where I said very easy to find anyway.

Currently overcast & breezy. Had a bit of a shower during BTCC practice 1 but nothing major.

BTCC practice 2 red flagged. Mat Jackson put a rear tyre on the grass warming his tyres at Cascades. Smacked the barrier pretty hard.
