Definitely my brother's Aprillia RSV 1000 R. By miles.
Although that MIGHT have something to do with the fact that the list of bikes I've ridden is as follows:
SV650 curvy SV650 pointy Ancient Gixxer 750.

Difficult to define 'Best', but most accomplished, fast and generally impressive all round - 2012 Fireblade.

My old Busa was comfy and very fast. The 929 Fireblade wasn't too bad either.

i was tempted to trade in my street triple R for a multistrada 1200, but i found the engine quite agricultural, and the handling, although competent, was nowhere near as exciting as the triple. Ideally i'd like to have both, but i cant justify a 3rd bike, so sticking with the street triple R for the foreseeable future

Bit old school as I have not ridden for a while but my RD350 LC was just a brilliant fun bike yet very comfortable. At the time my Dad had a CBX550 and that was also a very nice compact bike but amazingly complicated inboard brakes.
