Just seen that No Limits are running a day at Oulton Park on a Saturday! It's the 8th September, they're also doing the Friday as well if anyone fancies it.
Last year was a good one and the weather was superb, so hoping for another Indian Summer after this year's washout so far. Oulton is a lot better than Mallory IMO, if a little dearer. To ease any financial pain for those travelling, I've got plenty of room at Loon Towers on the Thursday and / or Friday night and only 40 mins from the track in the morning.
Price is £149 for the Friday, £179 for the Saturday, or £289 for both days.
All groups are available at the moment.
I'm booking it either way, but would be good for a group of us to get together on track again.

The guy who won the YPM races earlier this month was doing 1.57/58's On his 54bhp 24 year old 250 No pressure

Unfortunately i will be in lake garda, on holiday with the missus. If you have a pre-end of season bash, or a end of season bash warm up, i will try to come to that instead.

Thoroughly enjoyed Oulton and found it easy to learn. It flows lovely.
I did 1' 57" on damp track with wets & 2' 08" soaking wet. Noticed Aprilia 450 class at Thundersport meeting in gorgeous sun were doing 1' 49", so sub 1' 50" is good for a road bike I'd have thought.
Won't be there as I'm racing at Mallory the weekend after but might pop over on the road bike, subject to time/funds.

Is Oulton the track near Liverpool?
Let me check with Mrs and see if that weekend is free - I know there is no golf that weekend - if it is, and I can borrow/purchase a trailer I could be interested in this.
