Fueling's a bit up n down, really richening at the top end, (better then running weak).

Power is about right for a 450, (a good standard 500 is about 275).

Torque, possibly a tad low imho.

I assume this is a standard car?

Agree with Pete. I wonder where your ignition timing is sitting i bet it could be advanced a few degree's that might lean it out a little and give a bit more power.

Maybe it's the difference or a characteristic of the 450 and my old 430 precat or different cam profiles, but the torque curve above looks comparatively peaky too.

The torque curve is a bit peaky isn't it. You could do much with that.

My present 4.6 runs mid 320s bhp and 335 torque, achievable with a bit of work.

Heres last years 5.0 with a bit of work. A much better torque curve that felt like it could pull from any revs in any gear.

The two readings are with and without the main cat!

Agreed with the torque curve looking peaky, how long have you had it?

That's not a trivial increase. wink
Ensure it's running right and as well as possible first; a decent tuning including timing and throttle pot voltages etc. would be good starting point and ensure it's breathing as well it it can - make sure intake hose is not collapsed or crushed or owt - consider replacing with smoothbore.
NB. I have no clue - I just pay someone who knows what to do.
