I've Googled this and got nowhere, so it's down to you lot now. I had a Blackberry which, when I was abroad, would automatically add +44 in place of the leading zero when I dialled a UK number. My SGS2 doesn't. I spend a lot of time abroad, and it's bloody annoying - it means I can't dial anyone in the UK straight from the conatact record (unless I edit all their numbers first, which I am loathe to do) Is there a setting, or an app for the SGS2 (not rooted; running ICS) that I haven't found which can deal with this for me?

I haven't seen one. I just got into the habit if putting +44 before putting anyone in my contact list.

That might work. I'll look into it.
Thanks
