Big Custom Built PC Retailers - Any Experiences?

Well well well,

On checking my banking this morning, I see that the £2k was returned overnight.

So that draws this to an end.

A saga that started on 15 February - over two months ago. I paid Scan on 28 February, so they've had that £2k for near-enough two full months. I hope they earned some interest on it, because I certainly didn't.

So, to sum up. Avoid Scan. They did do everything they had to do in this situation, but they took their own sweet time about it.
