United need a replacement for Hargreaves. A De Rossi type player.

This is the Utd thread, the place for the discerning and educated footballist.

Not a Utd fanbut since the Glazers took over 6? years ago, Utd have 4 League titles, a Champion's League and probably a league cup I think. Also I don't have figures to hand but that doesn't seem correct. City have spent much more than UTD I would think

In the 6 years that you've spent half a billion on the Glazers, we've won 1 Champions League, an FA Cup, a League Cup and a Charity Shield. In comparison to the other big clubs, Arsenal have won sweet FA, City have won 1 FA Cup and 1 EPL, and Chelsea have won 2 EPLs, 4 FA Cups, 1 League Cup and 1 Community Shield. Not the biggest haul by a long shot, but far from f k all. If that is your idea of f k all, then I can only presume that you label the amount you've wasted on the Glazers as f k all too. And chastised? Pretty weak argument to be chastised - or were you referring to last night Audi?!

Yes, you've won, comparatively, f k all, for all the investment you've made. Because a few knockout cups puts you where we were in the 70s and 80s - in the wilderness, stumbling from nearly men to disaster as each season went by. Which wouldn't be too bad, if you hadn't spent more than anyone bar Chelski and Mansour City.
