I'll be arriving in Hong Kong on Friday 11th May having had a week in various dirty Chinese factories. Normally we spend Friday night in the bars of Kowloon and end up in Sticky Fingers before staggering back to the Hotel in the small hours of the morning.

Assuming that part of the trip is the same, that leaves us with a free day on Saturday with the only thing to do being to catch the plane at 11PM.

So what's going on on Saturday's that's worth seeing? We've done all the touristy things several times before (Buddha on the hill, Star Ferry, Tram rides etc.)
