Polestar 2 experiences

I have the option to take a car instead of an allowamce through work and of course an EV it has to be for the BIK benefits.
Lots of people tell me the Tesla 3 is the best and to get that, but I hate it. Its fuggly and I don't like the centre only screen.
Anyway I really like the look of the Polestar 2. Anyone have one and any thoughts on it? There is no dealer nearby so can't go an see one.
Particularly interested in headroom. I'm 6'5" and want to be comfortable.
Any must have trim levels or options? Feel like the Plus trim is worth it for the better stereo etc.

My only coment would be about charging. Tesla has the best charging network by far, so if you're looking at big miles, it's easy with a Tesla. They also seem to be cheaper. There are more general chargers appearing, but not in the numbers you will find with Tesla. One of my guys has a Tesla M3 and loves it. I'm not a Tesla fan and just bought a V60 T8 PHEV (hence browsing the Volvo sub-forum).

It will mostly be bobbing around town and we have loads of public charging points round here. Plus home charging.The nearest Tesla supercharger is on the motorway so won't be much use to me.
A lot of the Tesla chargers are now opening up so you can use them anyway.

Scabitz, I had a Polestar2 delivered to my home for a 48 hour test drive last year. It looks from the link below that they may still offer this.

I had a 2 hour test drive in Solihull and then the 48 hour test drive a month or so later. I really like the aesthetics and it was a very nice drive, if not a little firm on the performance version I drive on both occasions. Performance felt blistering.
The infotainment was simple to use, as was voice commands for things like heated seats and other functions on the touch display.
My only niggle, centre console shape meaning my left knee was in constant contact with it. From memory this is a well documented concern.

I've had my 2023 with pilot lite, plus and performance packs for about 9 months now and love it. Not had any issues with it at all and find it very enjoyable to drive.
I'm 6 foot 2 and find it really comfortable but it is very build dependent as some find the console uncomfortable and others feel a bar across the drivers seat so definitely worth sitting in one to check how it is for you.
The plus pack is a must have IMO. The glass roof really opens up the interior which can be a bit like looking out a letterbox otherwise. The boot divider is the underrated hero though as I use it pretty much every time I put anything in there. All packs have something to offer so I'd prioritise plus, dual motor, and add pilot and performance as budget suits. The weavetech seats are good enough to not bother with leather.
I wouldn't worry about charging networks as there are loads of options on Electroverse etc. Also Tesla have just opened a lot of locations to all with rumours of all others in the UK to follow in the next few months. The Polestar is perfect for these as the charging port is in the same place as a Tesla so even the older superchargers with short cables are fine.

Thanks all, unfortunately I've got the list of options from HR and while the P2 is on there the annual lease cost is a chunk over my allowance. I can go over the allowance and dip into salary, but I want to avoid that.
Shame, really like the look of the 2. In a world full of fugly Teslas it's a good looking motor.

The company are pretty rigid on their offering and don't have an EV sacrifice plan currently. It's take the money or put it towards a car.There are plenty of other options available within budget, just that the Polestar is a bit more expensive. A lot of the lease costs are a bit confusing. There are 2 Lexus that have a P11D value a good chunk about the Polestar but at a lower annual lease cost, for example.
