As above including European touring on my own bike and riding a borrowed machine in the US. My travel insurance will only cover me up to 125cc. I am looking for a product that will cover me for any capacity (likely to be riding a Harley in the US) and cover medical and repatriation costs if necessary. Any recommendations?

I have an annual policy from Staysure. It covers motorcycling on your own (unlimited cc) bike. Not sure about hire bikes in the USA but may be worth checking the terms. I've never had to claim but the cover seems reasonable.

I have always gone with 'MPI Brokers'. UK (South East) based with very good customer service. Little pricey sometimes but is a very comprehensive policy. Last policy wording I have states:

's) riding a motorcycle, quad bike or moped as a driver or pillion unless
you are wearing a helmet, and the driver holds a valid driving licence to
ride in the country you are visiting'

So as long as you're properly licensed and wearing appropriate gear it shouldn't be an issue. Can always give them a call to check they're covering your exact activity.

The bike in the USD will be borrowed. I'll have a look at them, thanks

Was calling around for the same this week.

These guys were very helpful and were able to add trackdays on as well.
