A breakfast of streaky bacon, supermarket sausages with skins like Durex, fried eggs, tomatoes and field mushrooms. It did the trick.

Supposed to be a rainy Saturday morning home grown Sausage and Egg Muffin. Turned out we overslept and it was lunch, but the breakfast spirit was there  Sorry about the s  te-o-vision from the phone pic.  Edited to add, once the lid was on, I tried to eat it like a man in "burger fashion". A runny egg and exploding tommies was all too much, and having a beard (I used to have a 993 and haven't converted it to a Jaguar owners wing commander moustache yet), once it hit my chin it was gone. So knife and fork used

Breakfasts from the weekend. Saturday was steak and poached eggs although the eggs were over done unfortunately. Still, steak was nice and tender and was left over from steak and chips night the previous evening (uncooked);  Sunday was eggs benedict with asparagus. Fantastic it was too. Eggs were perfect, asparagus was crunchy;

 apparently this is available at Ramones Cafe, Salisbury Rd in Cardiff. been a few years since i ate there, this wasn't on the menu then
