Oops....scratched hire car...what to do...

I managed to clip the corner of my hire car today whilst trying to reverse it into an odd space....

The paint has been scraped off on two sepperate spots, both about 1.5" long and 2" appart (Scratches are about 2mm wide) on that corner of the plastic bumper....

I assume if I take the car back to the hire company they will rape me dry for a small fortune to repair it??....

Is it best to just leave it, or should I be looking to get it fixed before the car goes back to the rental company?

Im so angry with myself. If it was my car I would have to live with the minor scratch until such time as a more serious dent occured.....but I dont want to get ripped off by the rental place if they decide to get it fixed

When I picked the car up it already had quite a few similar scratches on other corners of the car...sadly the one I damaged was untouched!
