We're always banging on about motors with 000'000s of miles...

Wellll..... who has the oldest car with the lowest miles? My 8.5 year old 320d has 54k on the clock. I've only had it since November, the original owner had done just 48,000 in 8 years!

Im sure someone with a TVR or a classic will easily nail that, but I wanna hear them anyway smile

Within the last 5-6 years, I've had a 1989 BMW 325 cab with under 50k miles, a 1990 Mk2 Golf GTi with under 50k miles, my 98 Integra had just over 40k miles [I think] when I sold it and my current 98 BMW 328 had 53k[ish] when I bought it [though now it's on 107k]!

eBay - the doctor 102.

He sells some truely time warp cars in utterly beautiful condition. Quite where he finds them from I've no idea.

My 1970 XJ6 has just 29k miles on the clock. I have most of the old MOT's to prove too. Surely someone can do better then that though?

My Countach was registered in January 1990 and has about 4500 miles on it. Only 2000 on it when I bought it in 2007 so I've put more miles on it than the 2 previous owners combined eek

My other cars have also got very low mileages for their years, but none as low as the Lambo.

My mother has a Mk II Golf GTI, first registered in 1991. I think she might have recently broke through the 30,000 miles barrier.

My Auntie an early Fifties Austin A30 that had 1800 miles on the clock until a couple of years ago.

She couldn't get rid of it after her husband died young.
