This spy shot of the Murcielago replacement - the LP700-4 - has landed in the PH inbox ahead of the new V12's official unveiling at the Geneva motor show in a few weeks time.
Well, we say spy shot, but it does seem unlikely this was a covert operation because, although we don't know the exact provenance of the picture, the driver of the Lamborghini could hardly have failed to notice the photographer hanging out of the back of the car in front of him while driving down a private runway...
Still, whatever you call the picture, it's our clearest view yet of the successor to the much-loved Murcielago, at least until the wraps come off the 690bhp, 217mph supercar in Switzerland at the beginning of March.
