arguably didn't convince everybody the new look for the most important Aston Martin in a generation. It seems colour choice makes a world of difference to the car though, with this Arden Green car smouldering in the Italian sunshine. Suddenly the curves become a lot more apparent.
The styling has clearly been influenced by the Vulcan and DB10, but there's a traditional enough look to this new car to make it recognisably an Aston. Unlike the Vulcan, the DB11 features barely any retractable wings, focussing on more subtle aerodynamic solutions; air is forced through the channels in those distinctive C-pillars and out of the bootlid to push it down onto the road.
