MK4 Golf R32, Silver, 3 Door, Full Black Leather- Only THREE owners including me!

I have owned the car for 13 years and I am very sad to be selling him! I became a Dad last year but I have been determined to keep my 'modern classic' R32! I recently found out that I am being sent overseas on a 3 year work placement which has now left me no choice but to sell him, for someone else to enjoy (with a very heavy heart!).

The car drives really well and sounds incredible. He is generally in great condition and has been maintained to a good standard. I am an honest bloke and I will list all of the service history and imperfections below. I recognise that this is a higher mileage example and that has been reflected in the very attractive price! I am originally from Manchester but have worked near the south coast since owning the car - the vast majority of the mileage is motorway mileage transiting back home on my days off.

It come with all of the usual R32 spec but has the following modifications:

- Aftermarket Pioneer Double Din head unit that is bluetooth enabled with hands free calling.

- Full Miltek exhaust system

- K&N Typhoon induction kit

- Clifford Black Jax 5 immobiliser

- Pioneer active slimline subwoofer

- Clear LED sidelights

Loads of history and receipts. The car has had a full gear box rebuild @ ~100,000 miles and a new clutch/flywheel @ 155,000 miles. The alloy wheels and some bodywork paint was fully restored about 2 years ago and still in mint condition. New battery 6 weeks ago. Timing chain inspected with clutch replacement, condition was great and the tension spot on. 4 good tyres. Private plate not included in the sale (although it is for sale!), the car will revert back to its original BG53ZXA reg.

Imperfections (photos provided for all):

- Slight tear in the drivers side seat

- Small crack in the windscreen outside drivers area (no issue for MOT)

- Engine management and EPC light occasionally triggers. Fault codes: P0411, P0492. Both codes indicate an issue with the secondary air injection system. This issue started about a year ago; the OBD reader clears the faults for anything between a few days and several weeks so again, no issue from an MOT perspective.

- Slight rusting around front wheel arches.

- Rear wiper blade doesn't work (most likely a motor issue)

Honest advert with an honest price for an incredible car! There is a huge part of me that doesn't want to sell this car and if it wasn't for major life changes, I wouldn't!
