No ACE suspension - coil springs from new.

This D2 is exceptional for its age as we have really looked after it.

Chassis is perfect, waxoyled/bilt hamer regularly. No welding at all!

Body perfect.

No damage or repairs.

Not used for short trips. Not used daily, just for a few trips each summer.

Interior is good for its age, some signs of use but seat covers and mats fitted.

Some main dealer service history, some by me - oil and filters (Shell Helix 5w30) changed every 12 to 15 months often at about 2 to 3 k miles and other items completed, all MoT records available, passes smoke test every time (0.39 result limit 2.18).

Lots of documentation including original invoice.

New top & bottom swivel joints, new rear discs, pads & brake fluid in last 1k miles.

All jobs completed as required: Wiring loom replaced, new radiator, water pump, fuel pressure regulator, battery, starter contacts, gearbox rebuilt by specialist.

Michelin tyres have 95% remaining, no wear visible. Spare not used.

Original alloy wheels in very good condition.

LR tow bar.

Transfer box has lock from factory.

2 keys and radio code plus Haynes manual.

Garaged all its life, underside washed in winter, only used in the summer for the last 14 years.

Only visible defects are the head lining is drooping (it does not have a sunroof) and the rear mudflaps brackets are rusting, plus the 3 amigos come on occasionally, but only since new rear discs fitted.

Starts, drives and stops perfectly, no rattles or shakes, never overheated.

This Discovery will run well for another 20 years, the only reason for selling is to get Euro 6. It's a lovely vehicle in a great colour and we will be sad to see it go.
