1999 Suzuki

I purchased this Busa in August 2010 from the original owner , UK bike supplied ny Lloyd Coopers in Watford, when it had done just over 2,000 miles, in the now most desirable launch colours.

The bike was (obviously) hardly used, kept in a temperature controlled garage alongside this gentleman’s other toys, he was also mad into this “auto detailing” malarkey so the inside of the fairing, shock linkages, engine, down pipes and even the rad are better than new . (he even polished the wheel arches of his camper van..)

There is not one tarnished or furred bolt on the whole bike and even the wafer think Suzuki exhaust paint is present and correct, even on the collector box!

Seat hump was and is still in its box, never been fitted to the bike. Bike is totally standard apart from the cans I bought and fitted , bike will be sold with both sets of cans,

“Mint” and “excellent condition” are often used words when people wish to move something on but in this case, the reality lives up to the words.

I don’t think you would find another Busa of this age in this condition, unless someone still has one or more in a crate somewhere. Both keys present, handbooks, MOT’s are present but have lapsed since the

bike has been in storage since 2012.(hence the sale)

Later cam chain tensioner mod completed, bike still has the alloy subframe for the paranoid out there!

There is a 99 Busa on eBay at the moment and to use the chaps words” …THE BIKE HAS BEEN THIS COLOUR FOR YEARS THE ORIGINAL OWNER NOT LIKING THE COPPER AND SILVER COLOUR I WISH IT STILL WAS AS IF IT WAS I WOULD KEEP IT THESE WILL BE WORTH MORE THAN Z900`S IN YEARS TO COME”..I couldn’t agree more.

Reason for sale is simple, the bike is in storage and I do not have access to it, that said it still has had regular oil changes and is started every few months, always starts on the button.
