ALFA ROMEO ALFASUD SUPER 1978

I have owned this car since May 1998 and now, regrettably, have to sell due to advanced years (car and driver!)

This well known car has twice been shown at the NEC Classic Car Show and has made five magazine appearances: Classic & Sports Car magazine for February 1999 and Apr 2002, Practical Classics for July 2005, Auto Italia for December 2008; and the March 2009 edition of Classic Car magazine. It has also appeared in various Alfa Romeo Owners Club publications, most notably the October 2006 edition of the Owners Club Magazine. I would be happy to include scans of these articles as part of the sale.

The car is in excellent (but not concourse) condition for a 36-year-old car and has never been fully restored. It has been well maintained and is fitted with a stainless exhaust system and Pirelli P3000 tyres with negligible levels of wear.

The car comes with an extensive paper history consisting of old MoT certificates and receipts, and a quantity of spares including engine components and bodywork can be included in the sale if desired. The car is taxed until February 2015 and has a full 12 months MoT.
