Detailed description:

The Alfa Gtv cup is a special car, and now quite difficult to find in un molested, low mileage condition. The Gtv cup was a road car produced on the back of the Gtv cup series, and these were launched back in 2001 as the final phase before the Gt models were released thereafter. Being number 73 out of only 419 officially produced ( only 155 were offered into the Uk ) this car is a bit of a rarity with values seen to be on the increase. The Cup came with the ' Mini Ferrari ' engine, a beautifully crafted 3.0 V6 with a glorious soundtrack that pulled strongly, leaving you convinced it had more than the claimed 218 bhp.

It carried a great sense of occasion too. Finished in bright Alfa red sporting the iconic signature wheels (still seen carried through to today ) it had a smart exterior sport's styling, with a coveted sculpted half leather interior, with momo seats and the specially placed silver plaque.

A guaranteed future classic, with this particular example having a 'no expense spared' approach to make it one of the best examples left within the Uk. Please phone for more details.

Cosmetically this car is remarkable. The Alfa has been professionally detailed through a rigorous process, and is as close to a showroom standard as possible. The paintwork is in the Alfa red, and boasts a deep glossy finish, being in excellent condition. Whenever you are standing just a few feet away it looks like it has gently rolled off the factory line, a genuine future classic.

Interior

Lightly pop open the driver’s latch and you are welcomed to an outstanding cabin. Within the sculpted half leather interior, it is free from the normal neglect and abuse you would expect to see over the years, and has the overall presentation of one half it’s age if not newer. The unique momo seats are soft and supple and clean, the inky black carpet’s factory fresh, with the remaining interior trimmings in excellent health throughout. Clearly a meticulously kept cabin.

Wheels/tyres

All four original wheels are unmarked, and are finished with matching healthy tyres all round.

Mechanical/history

Mechanically the Alfa was sent to an trusted Alfa specialist, and asked them, regardless whether the car needed it or not, to have a 'no expense spared' approach. Here, it had new powerflex bushes all round, replaced the front and rear disc’s and pads, fitted Alfa OE front top mounts, bottom wishbones, New Koni suspension all round, front and rear drop links, replaced the timing belts, aux belts and water pump, complete a major service on the car including all the fluids, and fitted an essential Q2 differential seals and bearings. While completing this work the engine bay was subject to an astonishing detail process which included powered coating and stainless fixings ( which all cost circa £1k alone ). This has brought the Alfa Cup to a stage where it does literally drive and feel like new.

Service history comes with 14 main dealer stamps, serviced each year and comes with all it's accompanying invoices, 4 keys including the brown key.

I really believe this is the best example available, especially knowing how meticulous and methodical the previous owner with the standard of car he keeps. You won’t find better, and this will be as close to a new example that you would hope to find.
