Excellent condition, the interior leather is unmarked and shows almost no wear as I have always had seat covers fitted as did the previous owner (my brother-in-law). The car is regularly cleaned and claybarred so the paint has no swirls. There are a couple of stone chips on the bumpers and bonnet but the paintwork is otherwise very good.

The car has a full service history with Audi, then Fontain and more recently with Mark Shead at M A Developments. The cambelt was replaced only 17,000 miles ago along with the tensioners, rollers, thermostat and waterpump. The cam cover gaskets were recently replaced and the cams were inspected with no issues. Since the Audi service history the oil has been changed at least every 6000 miles.

All old MOTs, tax discs,bills and paperwork are present as well as two main keys, another spare key and plastic spare.

The wheels are the uprated Audi 'hard' alloys and were refurbished last year. The brake discs and pads have minimal wear.

This car has been very well looked after and maintained regardless of cost as all the paperwork testifies. The exterior is excellent but I have never seen another with a more immaculate interior.

The car is completely standard and has never been modified. The car drives exactly as it should with no issues and everything works.

I am only selling the car as I have been offered something too good to miss and only have space for one car.
