AUDI RS6 Plus Avant 2004

Regrettably it’s time to sell my beloved RS6 plus number 266/999 I believe there was only 60 of these sold in the UK so very rare and I looked at a fair few non plus’s before buying this one as it had the best of what I wanted and all maintenance boxes ticked! The car has only had 2 previous owners with the last one being for 8 years.

It is in gleaming plus silver which I have thrown love and attention at, any paint issues have been sorted and the car kept detailed waxed and Sonax sealed. Which hopefully shows in the pictures. The wheels have been powder coated in satin black to give the car a more menacing look to go with black optics pack the car has as standard. They have Goodyear eagle F1 tyres with about 6mm of tread.

The interior is black half leather and Alcantara In excellent condition with electrically positioned and heated front and rear seats with cup holders in the rear also. It has the RNS-E BOSE sound system, Nav, TV etc. which sounds fantastic! There is also a nokia car kit fitted which integrates in.

The Engine is standard @102,600 with no re mapping or exhaust systems as I like the subtleness of the Plus exhaust black tail pipes and slightly larger bore and the sound it delivers. It does however have a set of K&N panel filters present only 500 miles old.

The maintenance has been regardless of cost by the previous owners and by myself, with the major “money” items all being done ie: new gearbox by AMD done less than 20k ago and oils and filter changes done every service since. Troublesome DRC suspension has been removed and replaced with coilovers by AMD. At its last service at 102k it was established the AC compressor needed replacing so while doing it with the front was removed I decided to future proof the car and do the cam belt, tensioners and water pump also even though the cam belt was only done 30k ago. I have an extensive history file available for view every service has been done and recorded. This car has only been fed on Vpower nitro by me and the previous owner.The car will have 1 years MOT on sale

Suffice to Say I consider this to be one of the Best RS6s in the country on offer and is ready to be enjoyed by its new owner with no further surprises round the corner bar the fuel of course but you don’t buy a 480 HP twin turbo V8 for its frugal nature. My hankering for a 911 turbo has got too strong to resist so while am in the position to am going to indulge myself but will be sad to see it go and have fond memories of trips to Monaco and the shear brute force this thing delivers! The RS number plate will stay with the car and adds to the look.

Im sure first serious buyer to view will snap it up as I couldn’t find a better one while searching. No test pilots, dreamer, tyre kickers or PXs (unless you have a 997 turbo)
