2002 Audi

Selling my Audi S3 225BHP BAM engine 2002, metallic black, flew through the MOT with no advisories, MOT Until Feb 2015. Alloys professionally refurbished, matching set of Pirelli P6000 tyres with good tread all round. Full black leather interior in superb condition. Interior and exterior all excellent condition.

Registered 1st March 2002, unmodified and original as it was in 2002.

Extensive service history with absolutely no expense spared, there is a huge folder of history including receipts and the service book. This is an excellent example of an extremely well maintained Audi S3 with the later more desirable 225BHP BAM engine (the same engine used in the Audi TT). These cars are known for haldex 4WD issues, this being the clutch that enables / disables the rear wheels for 4WD only when required (google haldex problem s3 to read about the many potential issues). Servicing of the haldex is very important so be careful when comparing cheap cars for sale. The haldex on my car as been properly looked after and engages / disengages properly, no issues with it locking up when steering is on full lock, etc, which are signs of a non healthy haldex. I had to replace the electronic haldex controller last year so now know quite a bit about the potential issues.
