Description
Here we have my 2004 (54 plate) BMW 330Ci Sport Steptronic auto. She’s the facelift model so has the revised front and rear light clusters, which in my opinion helps the car still look fresh even today.
She’s covered just under 64k miles and has a full service history (all BMW main dealer except the last service which was carried out at a BMW specialist). The next service is due in 5.5k miles according to the OBC.
She‘s a well-specced car and comes in (in my opinion) the best E46 colour: Silver Grey Metallic. This is not one of those run-of-the-mill typical tired 330s you see advertised all over the place. I spent a long time looking for the right car and travelled 300 miles to find her. I’m the kind of person who takes pride in my possessions, and the fact the car comes with the BMW first aid kit under the passenger seat, toolkit in the boot, and torch in the glove box should tell you the kind of car it is.
She has MOT until March 2014 (passed the last test with 0 advisories) and tax until the end of April 2014. The tyres are Pirelli P Zeros all round which have loads of tread left.
There is a long spec list, including the following:
• Bi-Xenon headlights
• Black leather electric memory seats
• Heated front seats
• Climate control
• Auto dimming rear view mirror
• Auto headlights
• Rain-sensing wipers
• Heated mirrors and windscreen washers
• Rear parking sensors
• Cruise control
• BMW Business stereo
• 6 CD changer
• BMW Bluetooth prep
• iPod/iphone/aux interface (with Bluetooth module to support A2DP)
Maintenance-wise she currently wants for nothing. She went into BMW a couple of months ago to have the brake pressure sensors replaced, which is quite a common fault. Another common fault on these is the Vanos seals and rocker cover gasket, which have both been replaced in the last couple of weeks. Another common fault is the exhaust camshaft position sensor, which has been replaced this week. She drives and performs really well. I also had a new windscreen fitted a few weeks ago due to a stone chip, so that is absolutely mint.
I also had the steering wheel retrimmed by Jack at Royal Steering Wheels in the last few months which has transformed how the wheel feels in your hand and how the car drives. It’s been thickened slightly to match the M3 wheel and just feels so good to hold. The interior is in great condition: The front seats are very tidy, and I don’t think the rear seats have ever been sat on. There are also genuine BMW M Sport floor mats front and rear.
Bodywork-wise, she’s in great condition; she’s not perfect, but she is 9 years old so perfection can’t be expected, but there are no major issues that should concern you. I always love treating her to a wash and wax as it always impresses me how much she shines.
She drives amazingly, and although I now have a new car I really wish I could keep this one as well!
I think that should cover everything but if you have any further questions or would like to arrange a viewing then please don’t hesitate to contact me.
