1986 (C) BMW 6 SERIES M635 CSI

German Marques are pleased to present M-Power at its most elegant.

Just 524 right hand examples were produced between 1985 - 1989. Unique amongst sports coupes, the E24 M635 CSI offers an unrivalled blend of exclusivity, build quality, practicality and performance. Not to be mistaken with the 635 CSI or 635 CSI Highline. This is the BMW Coupe to own.

Unlike its siblings the M635 CSI was blessed with M88 twin-cam that was used in the legendary M1 albeit with the addition of wet sump and Bosch's ML-jetronic fuel injection.

A great performer even by todays standards, capable of 158 MPH (restricted) and 0-60 in just 6 seconds.

As is in keeping with M tradition the M635 is a real drivers car with 286 horses going to the rear wheels it can be a bit lively in the wet if you decide to push it. Also a great cruiser ideal for a trip to the South of France or to the Alps with plenty of comfort and luggage space.

Interior comfort is as good as any modern with factory AC, electric front & rear windows and electric sunroof.

I feel you would be hard pressed to find a better unrestored example.

Maintained for the majority of its life by German Specialist 'Munich Legends' (and later Classic Heroes) the extensive history file includes receipts for thousands of pounds spent in loving maintenance. This includes, but is not limited too, a full clutch kit, shock absorbers, new fuel tank, track rod ends, outer track rods, pitman arms, new exhaust and a front brake upgrade.

It has covered less than 5000 miles since this video was produced and less than 900 Miles since it was last serviced by 'Classic Heroes' in July 2012.

The current mileage is 77680 miles.

In April 2010 the car was featured in BMWcar magazine under the title 'Classic Icons' - Depreciation proof Munich masterpieces. (a copy supplied to the new owner) I would suggest this car if maintained in the manner it has been accustomed too, would price a shrewd investment indeed.

We have the full book pack, both sets of keys with all relevant alarm and immobiliser fobs and many many receipts. The M6 is fitted with a tracker.

Please be quick, space in our new showroom dictates that the M6 will be heading back to its collector owner if not sold by the end of May.

At the current asking price, the M6 will leave German Marques with 12 Months RFL.
