1998 Fiat

This FIAT COUPE has been specially built for trackday use. It is also road legal with Mot and RFL. Midlands Car Servicing (FIAT COUPE Specialists) prepared the car in September 2013 and the work included:

Forged engine at a cost of £4,000 plus £900 labour and £800 of associated consumables.

Blueflame 200c race cat exhaust (£550).

GT28RS Turbo (£500)

Uprated 6-paddle clutch (£600)

Apexi AVCR and gauges (£450)

Quaife uprated differential (£850)

6-speed gearbox (£500)

Unichip fitting and mapping (£700)

Uprated discs and pads (orange race pads at the front £510)

Various other upgrades / replacements including auxiliart tensioners, brake lines, brand new Valeo radiator (and the old one), uprated pulley, battery etc.

The total bill came to £14,668.

The car is very quick and the Quaife diff does an excellent job of taming the power. The standard car as you probably know if you are browsing this advert is 220bhp. I haven't had this car on a rolling road but the power and torque are more than enough to work out your biceps on track.

The car also comes with 9 spare alloys, 3 with road tyres and the other 6 have: 2 part-worn Toyo R1R, 2 Federal 595 R5-R and 2 new Yoko AD08R.

It also comes with other spares such as headlights, foglights, a spare water rail, 2 used exhaust manifolds and gaskets. The hoses are new blue silicone and almost all the jubilee clips are new stainless. I've used titanium nut to hold the manifold to the head and the other fixings around the turbo and flanges are all stainless.

The forged engine has only done around 1,000 miles since it was fitted, so I have entered 1,000 miles in the field below as most of the running gear is as new.
