Jaguar XJR 100 (type 308)

I have for sale probably the best XJR 100 available in the UK. It has been in single family ownership since it was purchased for £57,080 in September 2001. The XJR 100 was a strictly limited edition only available in Anthracite to commemorate the what would have been the 100th birthday of Sir William Lyons, the founder of the Jaguar marque. It has every conceivable extra available, sat nav, phone, heated seats all round, uprated audio and active suspension. The only extra not included in the original spec were rear window blinds, and these were added and appear on the original invoice.

It has spent most of its life under a tailored cover in a heated garage and the majority of the miles have been added by me over the last 2 years; these are all motorway miles up and down the M3.

The history pack is complete with original invoice, all MOTs, all invoices, most old tax discs and of course the service history which is a combination of main dealer and specialist. It also includes the original press pack and glossy photo’s as there was no specific brochure for the “100” model.

The current MOT expires January 2016.

The “Montreal” split rims are original with no damage, the anthracite paintwork is virtually unmarked with no door dings. The interior shows no signs of wear and unlike most XJRs of this age there is absolutely no rust. The engine is tight, responsive and provides amazing performance.

This has to be the best looking XJR Jaguar has produced.

The car is currently SORN and the private plate put on retention. The car is now registered as GX51 HBA.
