Reluctantly selling my Tiger due to needing to make space for a new project. This is not your average “Cat with a Pinto”, amongst other things the engine has had extensive development carried out by well known retro Ford tuners Ashton Race Engines. The temptation to go for an engine such as the Zetec was put aside in favour of retaining the character of Ford’s much loved 8 valve engine. The end result is a revvy, throaty power plant with more power and torque than many 16 valve kit cars while retaining excellent driveability around town as well as being truly at home tearing up the open road.

Built from the ground up by Team Ashton Race Engines in 2013 who are well known in retro Ford circles for their engine building as well as their achievements at Santa Pod Raceway. (search Google for 'Ashton Mobile')
