Land Rover 110 Defender Turbo Diesel 2495 cc

Am selling on behalf of friend and fellow PH er (FRENCHDA). He has owned the vehicle since December 2010 prior to transferring ownership to his now wife in October 2011. The Defender has seen only light use towing a small boat to the local launch as well as the odd trip down the shops! Now surplus to requirements.

The vehicle has a good solid chassis with a replacement bulkhead fitted prior to ownership. The engine starts/runs and pulls as it should. Smart and clean interior.

Being a 21 year old vehicle its not perfect or a show vehicle, but not too bad for this type of vehicle. Bit of TLC needed in places!

Both 3rd and 4th gear syncros are week so gentle gear changing needed .The milometer has stopped working but not done many additional miles under current ownership (showing 100k)

MOT advisories are only front disc wear and some corrosion in offside rear door shut!

Recent bills for over £2500 of work/parts.

The Defender is perfect for large families, towing and coping with poor weather conditions such as the harsh winters we seem to get more often etc etc!
